A non-slam check valve's disc features an internal spring that opposes the pressure of the opening fluid flow. Apart from these, our provided MS Non-Slam Check valves are hinged at the top. The high inertia of the heavy disc and the force of gravity both play a role in the closure of the disc as the flow decreases.
